By accessing or using ShotQuill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShotQuill.
ShotQuill is a web-based tool for creating App Store screenshots and marketing visuals. The service includes AI-powered copy generation, customizable slide templates, and image export functionality. Features vary by subscription plan.
Free accounts are limited to 3 screenshot exports. Additional exports require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of content you upload. You grant ShotQuill a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. Screenshots and visuals you create are yours. ShotQuill's templates, UI, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
ShotQuill uses third-party AI models to generate copy and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShotQuill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShotQuill is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
